After confirming the price and have decided to proceed, the next step is to confirm your sample request. Proceed to make payment for the sample(s). Sample pricing depends on the quantity requested. Once we've received and confirmed your payment, we will initiate the sample production process. Upon receiving the sample, you need to confirm whether to proceed with the product's full-scale manufacturing.

*Please note that if you wish to make changes to materials or designs at this stage, it may be necessary to return to Step 1, as such alterations can affect the price. In this case, inform us via email.

Throughout production, we'll keep you informed about the estimated time of completion. Once production is finished and ready for delivery, we'll notify you. Products will be delivered based on your specified preferences. After the safe and successful delivery of your products to the designated destination, the final 50% payment is required to proceed.

Once the digital model is finalized, skilled artisans use 3D printing or milling technologies to create tangible prototypes. Sustainable design practices also involve considering the piece's lifecycle, ensuring it can be easily repaired or recycled when its life ends, minimizing waste.

Incorporating CAD/CAM technology into our design process enhances sustainability. This advanced technology allows us to minimize material waste and maximize precision. By reducing resource consumption and waste generation, we contribute to a more sustainable manufacturing process.

To minimize waste during the modeling stage, we use computer simulations to optimize the wax's shape and size, reducing excess material usage. Also, biodegradable mold materials that break down naturally over time. These materials have a reduced environmental footprint and are a responsible choice for mold making.
To replicate your design, we create rubber molds. These molds are precision-made to safeguard the intricate details of the jewelry. They ensure consistent quality and allow for future reproductions. The materials used, from natural rubber to metal, meet the highest standards for durability.

Preparing for casting involves creating wax pieces from the silver models. Wax is injected into rubber molds to produce precise models. These wax models are then meticulously arranged on wax stems, known as "treeing." This process optimizes casting efficiency, minimizes waste, and ensures the responsible use of materials.
